As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand—responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the store. You’ll play a key role in achieving sales goals, assisting with merchandising, and supporting store operations.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, engaging, and building strong customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed personal and event sales goals on a consistent basis.
• Maintain and actively grow a client base through follow‑up, outreach, and exceptional service.
• Collect customer contact information, including email addresses, to support marketing and social media efforts.
• Assist in generating new customer traffic through referrals, promotions, and community engagement.
• Support daily store operations including merchandising, restocking, and inventory control.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.

• Prior retail sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about customer service.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
