ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, working effectively in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Must be able to make correct monetary change

WORK CONDITIONS

The work environment is fast-paced and may involve exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to 90 degrees, and fumes from food odors.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Standing for most tasks
• Walking for short distances for short durations
• Sitting for paperwork
• Lifting bulk product deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds
• Carrying large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of pizza dough
• Pushing and pulling trays on dollies
• Climbing stairs or ladders occasionally
• Stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting
• Reaching above 72 inches occasionally
• Hand tasks requiring eye-hand coordination and use of hands continuously during the day
