As a Retail Coverage Merchandiser II for Walmart at Acosta, you’ll ensure Acosta’s client brands, including Tyson, stand out by driving product availability and connecting customers with the brands they love.

• Scheduled work Monday‑Friday.
• Merchandise a variety of categories.
• Variety in daily tasks.
• Independence in day‑to‑day work.
• Training and certification from retail experts.
• Health plan options including no‑copay telemedicine available regardless of hours worked.

• Locate merchandise in Walmart backrooms to place on the floor.
• Work extensively in the refrigerated section of Walmart locations.
• Stock and pack products, lifting up to 30lbs as needed.
• Front‑face products to maintain optimal shelf appearance.
• Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring to the store.
• Install and place promotional materials per instructions.
• Build displays to showcase client products.
• Answer simple questions using Acosta’s field technology on a company‑issued mobile device.
• Take photos of completed work to document success.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.

• Own your store(s) and become the face of Acosta within Walmart.
• Work independently while remaining part of the Walmart family.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Acosta team.
• Leverage support and share best practices across Walmart teams nationwide.
• Contact your manager for assistance during challenges.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe.
• Follow detailed instructions meticulously.
• Provide accurate data and photos per instructions.
• Report work on the same day completed.

• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
