Inside Sales Representative: equipment rental specialist responsible for supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment. This role is the company’s front‑line contact with customers to understand their equipment needs, negotiate and place orders, and deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times.

• Provide inside sales support for telephone and walk‑in customers with rental of all types of construction/industrial equipment.
• Understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders.
• Maintain strong administrative skills and deliver customer satisfaction at all times.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools and equipment.

• Previous equipment rental industry experience.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.
