Who we are seeking
- We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and results driven Retail/DTC Sales Associate for a high-end retail clothing store in our Malibu location. This position will be responsible for results driven sales by building relationships with in-store clientele through greeting, product knowledge, and overall exceptional customer service.
- Grow DTC sales through retail and web client base
- Maintain daily focus on sales and customer service
- Work in unison with Director of Sales to monitor sales metrics
- Propose innovate ideas to increase sales
- Effectively utilize POS system
- Assist with store operations as needed, monitor inventory
- Inspect areas of store, resolve any issues as needed
- Be a shining example of high performance
- Additional duties, as needed
- $25/hr plus commission (negotiable, based on experience)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Shift: 8 hour shift/Weekend availability
