Paycom - ATS in Malibu, CA is seeking an experienced Retail/DTC Sales Associate for a high-end clothing store. You will drive sales by greeting customers, sharing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service to in-store clientele.
Responsibilities include growing DTC sales, collaborating with the Director of Sales on metrics, managing POS, and assisting store operations while maintaining strong customer relationships. 8-hour shifts with weekend availability.
The following opening is for a Premium Retail Sales Associate | Commission Eligible with Ruby Tuesday.
The advertised compensation is 29.000 - 40.000.
