Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth within a designated territory.

• Prospecting and qualifying leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Conducting on-site assessments and delivering presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility services
• Developing tailored proposals and closing multi-year service agreements
• Maintaining accurate client information and activity in CRM systems
• Meeting or exceeding sales quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Collaborating with service and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage full sales cycles
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching and feedback
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable vehicle; compliance with auto insurance standards for business use
