Branch Manager - Sales & Operations; Outdoor Lighting

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and grow an established outdoor lighting business in Nashville, TN. The branch has an existing customer base, a history of generating approximately $1 million in annual revenue, and significant growth potential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, operations, and team leadership, preferably within landscaping, home services, construction, or a related industry.

• Drive new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development.
• Manage daily branch operations, including sales, installations, scheduling, and customer service.
• Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, landscape architects, and designers.
• Lead and develop field technicians and administrative staff.
• Oversee budgets, profitability, and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to expand the customer base and increase recurring revenue.

• Experience in branch management, operations, outside sales, or business development.
• Background in landscaping, hardscaping, outdoor lighting, irrigation, construction, or home services preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage customer relationships.
