Nursery Worker

Manually plant, cultivate, transplant, and harvest trees.

Operate tractors and skid steers. Maintain fields, perform ball digging, tie tops, wrap tree trunks in protective felt, haul trees, and load trucks. Fertilize, prune, trim, and spray trees.

Backpack sprayers, hand pruners, tie tape guns, smaller tractors, and implements such as sprayers, bush hogs, disks, and tillers.

Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

Housing will have free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities and transportation will be provided to the grocery store weekly.

Inbound:
The employer will reimburse the worker, after 50% of the contract is completed, for daily subsistence and transportation costs incurred from their home to the place of employment, at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges. All visa costs will be reimbursed by the employer in the first workweek, as required by regulations.
