• Abide by and enforce the Security and Access Control Plan.
• Operate the Emergency Dispatch Office and coordinate with emergency services.
• Administer the access control system during the assigned shift, including requests and applications for access profiles, processing notifications of new employees and preplanned visits, checking identity and limiting access for visitors, and comparing active rosters from contractors to the ACS.
• Perform duties assigned to support Site Security and Operations.
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of the facility.
• Process requests and issue vehicle permits.
• Administer the site key control program during the shift, issuing and retrieving keys for authorized team members, and maintaining the automated key control inventory database.

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Meet State of Tennessee background requirements for an unarmed security guard.
• At least 2 years of experience in a security‑related role.
• Law enforcement or military experience preferred.
• Ability to attain full working knowledge of Start Frame Access Control Software within 3 months.
• Basic Excel skills and ability to manipulate a database.
• Knowledge of private security practices.
• Capable of working and acting in an emergency.
• Effective communication with interdepartmental, internal, and external personnel.
• Ability to conduct foot and vehicle patrols.
• Proficiency in radio and phone communication during emergencies.
