What

you’ll do

We are seeking a dedicated Diesel Truck/Trailer Mechanic to join our Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on our tractor and trailer equipment, focusing on safety, accuracy, and attention to detail. Shifts are open.

Shift Schedule
  • Sun – Thursday 3rd shift
  • Tues – Sat 3rd shift
  • Wed – Saturday 1st shift
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair fleet equipment safely and correctly.
  • Conduct failure analysis, repairs, and rebuilds of fleet equipment components.
  • Inform management of housekeeping opportunities, harmful working conditions, and unsafe work practices, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Identify and inform management of broken tools and missing supplies required for performing repairs on fleet equipment, and take steps to solve the issue if possible.
  • Complete complex work orders with proper coding (Reason for Repair (RFR), American Trucking Association (ATA)), description of condition, cause, and correction, including properly completing warranty return tags as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid state‑issued driver's license.
  • Brake inspection qualification as defined in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations, Section 396.25.
  • Vehicle inspection qualification as defined in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations, Section 396.19.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ASE Certification.
  • DOT Transportation Certification.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
