Garage Door Installer

Pro Lift Garage Doors seeks an experienced Garage Door Installer to perform installations, service, and repairs for the greater Louisville, KY area. If you have prior experience working as a residential installer and seek a part‑time/full‑time position, please apply.

• Install various types of residential garage doors – including retrofit and new construction.
• Complete installations professionally, following manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure safety, functionality, and performance.

• Previous experience servicing/ installing garage doors; knowledge of principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in residential service.
• Mechanical aptitude – skilled in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the general public.
• Team player.
• Capable of working independently and efficiently.
• Basic math and legible handwriting.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and insurability.

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience that provides the necessary skills.

Requires frequent standing, lifting, carrying, walking, pushing, stooping, climbing, bending, crouching, crawling, and reaching above and below shoulder level. Full use of hands, good finger dexterity, and the ability to lift from floor to waist and twist torso are necessary. Work may be performed in cramped garages, on ladders, and outdoors, exposed to heat, sun, high humidity, rain, and other adverse conditions.

• Door Installation – Minimum 6 months experience (required).

Full‑Time

$30,000 – $40,000 (based on experience).

• Driver's License (required).
