Maintenance Mechanic II

• The Maintenance Technician II supports HSN and ensures the reliability and performance of our fulfillment center's automated equipment and facilities.

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN Fulfillment Center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
• This is a full‑time position.
• You will report to the Maintenance Area Manager.
• Day Shift - Monday - Thursday

• Perform preventive maintenance, scheduled repairs, and routine inspections on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime and support safe, efficient operations.
• Help with equipment rebuilds, modifications, and upgrades with manufacturer specifications.
• Document all work performed, including labor and parts used, in the maintenance management system.
• Partner with Maintenance Technicians and Operations to ensure equipment operates within required specifications and tolerances.

• At least 3 years of experience repairing and maintaining electro‑mechanical equipment in an industrial environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to read and interpret technical data, schematics, and diagrams.
• Hands‑on skills in preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and safe use of hand tools, saws, and drills.
