Maintenance Supervisor

Position:
Full‑time Maintenance Supervisor

Location:

Nashville, TN

Responsible for all facets of facility and maintenance equipment; manage scheduled maintenance and repairs of apartment appliances, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and special equipment. Provide training to staff and conduct maintenance training initiatives.

• Manage all facility and maintenance equipment.
• Conduct maintenance training for staff.
• Perform on‑site basic repairs: HVAC, appliances, water heaters, electrical, plumbing, and other equipment.
• Be available for 24‑hour emergency maintenance calls.
• Perform minor carpentry.
• Implement preventive maintenance (e.g., winterizing facilities, HVAC inspections, pool equipment, water balance).
• Train and inspect other maintenance personnel.
• Conduct joint interview of maintenance applicant with Community Manager.
• Handle administrative duties: record maintenance requests, use proper forms, maintain parts inventory.
• Move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Three (3) years of maintenance experience.
• College degree preferred.
• HVAC and EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Previous multifamily experience required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
• Inspire or REAC inspection preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
