We're a new veteran-owned pavement maintenance company serving Middle Tennessee and are looking for a dependable Lead Technician to join our field crew.
No pavement-maintenance experience required. We will train the right person on seal coating, pavement striping, crack sealing, equipment operation and our field technology.
What we're looking for:- Military veterans strongly encouraged to apply
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Comfortable driving a truck while pulling a trailer
- Mechanically inclined
- Dependable and willing to work hard
- Able to operate equipment safely
- Comfortable leading a small field crew
- Willing to learn new technology
Pavement-maintenance experience is not required
. We will train you.
