$45 - $60 per hour, based on experience | Up to $5,000 Hiring Bonus!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnosing, repairing & maintaining high-end commercial HVAC systems
- Working on chillers (scroll, screw, centrifugal), boilers, pumps, cooling towers, and more
- Delivering top-tier service and representing our brand with pride
- Training & mentoring up-and-coming techs
- Tackling hands-on field work Monday-Friday (some OT possible)
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
- Pro skills in troubleshooting and repairs
- Valid driver's license + clean driving record
- EPA Universal certification
- NATE is preferred
- HVAC technical school certificate (preferred)
- Willingness to travel to job sites and lift 50+ lbs when needed
- A mindset for safety, service, and sharp work
