Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services, a nonprofit community mental‑health center, has an immediate opening for a full‑time, bachelor's‑level Supported Employment Specialist to provide employment‑related social services. The role functions as a career coach for individuals who have experienced mental health sorgen und/oder substance abuse issues that have impacted their employment, making a difference in everyday lives.

This position will be based in our LaFollette, TN office with service to Campbell, Union, and Claiborne counties. Workday travel to Union and Claiborne counties will be weekly.

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in education, social work, human resources, healthcare, or disability‑related field of study
• or Bachelor's or Associate's degree in another field with two (2) or more years of experience in education, social work, human resources, healthcare, or disability‑related field

The Supported Employment Specialist develops supported employment and/or supported education opportunities with persons with substance use disorders, mental illness, and/or co‑occurring disorders by participating in an integrated care setting and providing ongoing educational and employment supports.
