We’re looking for a Software Engineer 3 to help us build a first‑of‑its‑kind application that opens an entirely new market for Ramsey that doesn’t exist today. This role is all about creating innovative technology that supports individuals and couples in saving and strengthening their relationships, bringing hope in a brand‑new way to people from every walk of life.

This is an incredible opportunity for an engineer with a strong traditional web development background who’s eager to grow into mobile development, while shaping a new product category from the ground up. You’ll play a pivotal role in defining our technical foundation and influencing how we reach and serve our fans.

• You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, either web or mobile development.
• You are a problem solver, someone who enjoys diving into complex problems while working collaboratively in a team environment.
• You are a constant learner and want to grow outside of your current skillset.
• You enjoy mobile development.

• Engaging directly with customers to understand their challenges and translate those insights into meaningful product improvements.
• Collaborating with your team to ideate, prototype, and solve problems through thoughtful software engineering.
• Shipping high‑quality, reliable code on time while maintaining a low rate of production issues.
• Upholding strong test coverage standards to minimize defects and ensure long‑term app stability.
• Participating in (and occasionally leading) decomposition sessions to break down new features and determine how the team will build or enhance functionality within the app.
• Contributing to and reviewing peer code across the squad to maintain consistency, quality, and shared ownership.
• Offering thoughtful feedback and technical insights that help elevate the engineering culture across the team.
