Software Engineer III

We’re looking for a Software Engineer III to join our B2C Global team and help build cloud‑native applications that reach millions of people every day. You’ll use Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, and AWS to create scalable, high‑impact digital products that change lives, and you’ll do it alongside a team that’s passionate about using technology to give hope and freedom to others.

This on‑site role at our Franklin, TN campus offers collaboration, growth, and the opportunity to do meaningful work that truly matters. You’ll work in a collaborative, Kanban environment where your ideas matter. You’ll partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to design, build, and ship solutions that bring hope and empowerment to users around the world.

You’re Probably a Match If

• You have 6+ years of professional software engineering experience (Java or Kotlin preferred)
• You are passionate about crafting high-quality software that impacts real people
• You thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative environments and enjoy solving complex technical problems
• You love learning and exploring new technologies to stay ahead of industry trends
• You are self‑motivated, adaptable, and confident leading projects from start to finish
• You believe in using your technical gifts to make a positive difference in the world

What Winning Looks Like

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Java‑ and Kotlin‑based applications using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs
• Building and deploying cloud‑native systems on AWS with CI/CD pipelines
• Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code that scales to support high‑traffic environments
• Contributing to architectural decisions, technical roadmaps, and best practices for continuous improvement
• Leading development efforts on new digital products— from greenfield prototypes to full‑scale production launches
