Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role

In this role, you’ll help build the next chapter of Ramsey’s digital experience — an entirely new authenticated space that supports millions of people on their journey to financial peace. You’ll be part of the team creating the place where users track their progress, discover their next steps, and connect to the tools that help them change their lives.

You’re Probably a Match If

• You have 8+ years of product design experience in consumer apps, SaaS, or authenticated experiences.
• You have meaningful experience designing logged‑in or personalized experiences.
• You have strong Figma skills—including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI work.
• You have experience participating in customer interviews, usability tests, and assumption testing, using insights to guide your work.
• You have the ability to simplify complex problems and iterate quickly based on team feedback.
• You have strong collaboration skills and communicate clearly with PMs, Engineers, and fellow designers.
• You have a systems mindset across web and mobile and contribute to scalable design patterns.
• You have the ability to explain your decisions clearly and thrive in a feedback‑rich, team‑first environment.

• You contribute to building simple, trustworthy, intuitive experiences that help users navigate the Ramsey Plan and access their tools effortlessly.
• You bring clarity to ambiguous problem areas by sharing insights, questions, and thoughtful options—not by making unilateral decisions.
• You work closely with engineering to ensure designs are feasible, efficient, and aligned with the direction.
• You actively participate in discovery work—interviews, usability tests, assumption testing—and share learnings that shape the product.
• Your designs help improve clarity, usability, engagement, and customer momentum inside the authenticated experience.
• You collaborate well with other designers, sharing patterns and aligning with team standards and Creative Director guidance.
• You iterate often, welcome feedback, and strengthen the experience using customer insights and performance data.
