Assistant Fitness Director – Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC
Location:
Spring Hill, TN
Compensation: $2,000.00 – $3,500.00 (full-time)
OverviewJoin our growing fitness franchise. We are seeking a team-oriented Assistant Fitness Director to manage operations in new and existing clubs.
ResponsibilitiesAs an Assistant Fitness Director, you will:
- Support the Fitness Director in daily club operations
- Facilitate customer service and client engagement
- Help train and mentor staff
- Assist with sales and member retention initiatives
- Nationally accredited certification (ACE, ISSA, NASM, etc.) or B.S. in Health & Fitness (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of fitness management and sales experience (preferred)
- Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills
- Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals
- Experience and/or related degrees encouraged; on-the-job training provided
- Future promotional opportunities for demonstrated excellence and leadership
- Ongoing education and support from industry experts
