• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs that align with clients’ goals.
• Provide coaching, motivation, and instruction to ensure proper technique, safety, and progress during sessions.
• Track and evaluate client progress while offering feedback and adjustments to maximize results and maintain engagement.

• Nationally accredited personal trainer preferred.
• Passion for fitness and helping others.
