Front Desk​/Sales Team Member

Position Overview

The Front Desk Representative/Sales Team Member will greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym and provide control of the front door location. They are also responsible for generating new membership leads, making phone calls, conducting tours of the gym including being able to articulate the benefits of the amenities we offer. Strong communication skills and a great personality are a must.

Cleaning of the gym will also be required.

• Register all guests in the gym using proper registration procedures
• Provides new guests with a tour of the gym and helps answer questions about current membership options
• Enrollment of new members
• Cleaning of the gym including restrooms

• No degree or previous experience is required.
• Dependable with a passion for health and wellness.
