Wright Brothers Construction Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate Pilot to join our team, operating our King Air 350 and TBM 940 aircraft based out of Cleveland, Tennessee (RZR). The ideal candidate will deliver safe, efficient, and exceptional air transportation services while upholding our company’s strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
CORPORATE PILOT RESPONSIBILITIES- Safely operate and manage company aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Plan and execute flight missions, including pre‑flight planning, weather evaluation, and flight path optimization.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, comfort, and professionalism on every flight.
- Conduct thorough pre‑flight and post‑flight inspections and ensure proper maintenance coordination.
- Coordinate logistics such as flight scheduling, fueling, hangar management, and ground transportation as needed.
- Stay current with all required training, certifications, and industry best practices.
- Represent Wright Brothers Construction Company with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain a valid pilot’s certification and ratings (category, class, and type) as required by the Federal Aviation Administration.
- Successfully complete the aircraft manufacturer’s approved ground and flight school or an equivalent school for the insured aircraft no more than twelve (12) months preceding the intended flight.
- Have completed a minimum of 3,000 total flight hours as PIC, including 1,000 hours in turboprop aircraft and 500 hours in King Air 350 model aircraft.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, weather interpretation, and flight planning.
- Excellent judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on short notice, as flight schedules require.
