Aviation Line Service Attendant ; Part Time​/Seasonal

NorthPoint Aviation is seeking a motivated individual to fill a Full or part time (Seasonal) Line Service Technician position. Our Line Service Technicians are one of our customer's first points of contact, who ensure our customer support requirements are met while providing the highest possible level of customer satisfaction and safety.

Our line services team members are responsible for a wide array of aircraft ground support services including but not limited to the following;

• Customer greeting
• Marshal aircraft arriving to or departing from the ramp area.
• Fuel a wide variety of aircraft -- single engine piston aircraft, multi-engine aircraft, turbo props, corporate jet, helicopters and airline jet.
• Towing a wide variety of aircraft -- single engine piston aircraft, multi-engine aircraft, turbo props, corporate jet, helicopters and airline jet.
• Relocating/towing aircraft from private hangar or tie down storage areas to maintenance or avionics hangars.
• Provide oil for aircraft as required.
• Provide lavatory and water service as required.
• De-ice general aviation and corporate aircraft.
• Assist with other customer service duties as required, which may include computer invoicing and computer scheduling of rental aircraft.
• Facilitate rental car service for passengers/crew as required.
• Facilitate hotel accommodation for passengers/crew as required
• Assist with general cleaning of ramp, building and customer area.
• Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/ cargo as needed.
• Check fuel quality in fuel storage tanks and fuel delivery trucks daily and record results.
• Track fuel quantities in fuel storage tanks and fuel delivery trucks daily.
• Aircraft cleaning and detailing.
• Snow and ice removal around customer entrance sidewalks and customer ramp entrances.

This position which may include evenings, weekends, some holidays and on-call after hours. If you are detailed oriented, possess a strong work ethic and enjoy working outside and around aircraft, then this is the position for you.
