Warehouse Team Member – Chick‑fil‑A Supply Distribution Center, Antioch, TN 37013

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick‑fil‑A restaurants. Your duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick‑fil‑A Supply Nashville Distribution Center located in Antioch, TN. • Unload product and stage items for picking.
• Actively engage in picking, staging, and loading products.
• Operate machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Communicate and provide care to all warehouse contacts.
• Work in extreme temperatures ranging from –10°F to 100°F as required to keep food safe.
• Lift up to 65 pounds per case and use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds when necessary.
• Complete all required documentation, paperwork, and scanning tasks accurately.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Preferred experience in warehouse or material handling; experience in food distribution is a plus.
• Strong safety awareness and mechanical aptitude.
