Fulfillment Specialist

Warehouse Manager

Full-time (40 hours/week) Hourly Non-Exempt

Waynesboro, TN

Monday-Saturday (on-site) Day shifts

Five 8-hour days-as scheduled by management

This position is responsible for receiving, storing, fulfilling, and distributing products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Report any discrepancies within receiving, inventory, returns, and damaged products.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift (or be willing to get certified).
• Support Quality Control tasks assigned for the TN2 location.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience. Previous warehouse work experience preferred.

The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds.
