About the RoleA thriving Multi Academy Trust, in partnership with Teaching Personnel, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join a growing bank of support staff across its network of primary schools and early years provisions. Whether you're looking for day‑to‑day supply, short‑term placements, or longer‑term opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
As part of our trusted Teaching Assistant bank, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of welcoming and inclusive school settings, supporting children from Nursery through to Key Stage 2.
Responsibilities- Supporting teaching and learning in the classroom
- Working with small groups and individual pupils
- Assisting children with additional learning needs
- Supporting phonics, literacy and numeracy interventions
- Helping to create engaging and positive learning environments
- Providing support within Nursery and Early Years settings
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working within Primary and/or Early Years settings
- A positive, proactive and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to supporting children's learning and development
