Jij zorgt ervoor dat inkomende facturen correct, volledig en tijdig worden verwerkt.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Het verwerken en boeken van inkomende facturen in ERPx
- Het uitvoeren van diverse controles op facturen, zoals juistheid, volledigheid en codering
- Het bewaken van de voortgang van het factuurproces tot aan de betaling
- Het signaleren van afwijkingen en het proactief oplossen van knelpunten
- Het onderhouden van contact met interne collega's en leveranciers over factuurstatussen
