Responsibilities
- Verantwoordelijk voor het plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen
- Rapporteren aan de Procurement Manager
- Bewaken van afspraken rondom orders, levertermijnen en contracten
- Onderhouden van contact met interne afdelingen en leveranciers
- Offertes aanvragen, beoordelen en selecteren in samenwerking
- Prijsaanpassingen op contracten verwerken in SAP
- Voeren van onderhandelingen over prijzen, kortingen, leveringsvoorwaarden en betalingsvoorwaarden
- Vastlegging van overeengekomen bepalingen in inkoopovereenkomsten/contracten
- Analytisch, nauwkeurig en proactief
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Technische achtergrond en/of ervaring binnen inkoop of supply chain is mooi meegenomen.
- Ervaring met inkoopprocessen
- Ervaring met contractonderhandelingen.
Demonstrates expertise in procurement processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management, with a strong focus on analytical and communication skills to ensure effective order management and compliance with agreements.
