Società di marketing è in cerca di un/a addetto/a al servizio clienti che sia in grado in modo autonomo di supportare le richieste del cliente.
La figura verrà formata, fornendogli tutte le nozioni tecniche riguardanti i prodotti trattati dall’azienda, in modo da renderlo autonomo nella gestione del rapporto con il cliente.
Responsabilità rispondere alle chiamate della nostra clientela e di affrontare i problemi dei clienti relativi ai prodotti
gestire i reclami dei clienti
aggiornare il database in ogni sua forma
