Capital Projects Manager British Columbia

Manage capital project delivery for Worley with budget, schedule, risk, and HSE accountability. Work full-time from the local British Columbia region.
This Project Manager position supports Worley’s long-standing client site in Terrace, British Columbia. You will define project scope, establish baselines, control changes, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams through closeout. The work spans engineering, procurement, construction, quality assurance, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish integrated master schedules and baseline budgets
Monitor performance, variances, corrective actions, and project risks
Manage stakeholder relationships across internal and external parties
Define contracting strategies and administer major contracts
Oversee cash flow, forecasting, invoicing, and EVM reporting
Requirements:
Progressive capital-project management experience
Fifteen years in a Senior Project Manager role
Direct mining, metals, or heavy industrial construction experience

Experience with large, multi-site project management
Engineering or construction management bachelor’s degree and BC P.Eng.
