This senior role demands at least 8 years of Business Systems Analyst experience, including 5 years focused on Guidewire. You'll lead requirements gathering and facilitate collaboration between business and technology stakeholders. Key tasks involve translating user needs into functional specifications, managing testing support, and recommending solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements gathering for Guidewire Policy Center initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and sessions with stakeholders
• Translate business needs into user stories and specifications
• Support Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement
• Track and escalate risks, issues, and requirement changes
Requirements:
• 8 years as a Business Systems Analyst
• 5 years Guidewire-focused experience
• Strong understanding of insurance processes
• Experience in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence
• Guidewire certification preferred
