This experienced Ready Mix Operations Manager oversees plant production, dispatch, logistics, fleet coordination, quality control, maintenance, and workforce management. The manager coordinates resources across multiple projects, contracts, and customers. The purpose is to provide centralized operational leadership while meeting schedules, specifications, and contractual commitments.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily concrete production and delivery activities
- Coordinate plants, dispatch, trucking, materials, and labour
- Monitor pour schedules across active contracts
- Address operational constraints before service disruptions
- Lead operational employees and maintain staffing levels
- Five to ten years of industry supervisory experience
- Strong ready-mix concrete operations knowledge
- Experience operating and maintaining ready-mix equipment
- Dispatching software and Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities and decisions
