We are looking for a motivated Registered Nurse to join our team in delivering person-centered, recovery-oriented care. You will perform intake assessments, offer crisis intervention, and collaborate with interprofessional teams.
Your role will also involve ensuring effective patient flow through various care settings, including the Emergency Department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake assessments for mental health patients
• Provide crisis intervention and support
• Collaborate with nursing teams and community providers
• Adapt care plans for mental health and substance use
• Assist with patient flow and transfers for further care
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse status with BCCNM in British Columbia
• Strong dedication to compassionate patient care
• Collaboration skills with interprofessional teams
• Experience or knowledge in mental health and substance use
• Ability to work rotating shifts from 09:00 to 20:18
