Licensed Practical Nurses can support residents at Park Terrace Village through medication management, assessments, and meaningful relationship building. This weekend day shift includes an additional $8 per hour.

The position focuses on promoting residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being while learning their life stories. Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, and geriatric nursing commitment are central to care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being
- Conduct thorough resident assessments
- Document changes in resident condition accurately
- Manage medications proficiently
- Collaborate with nursing and facility teams
- Current valid Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Proficient medication management skills
- Strong geriatric nursing passion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated C.A.R.E. values
