Indigenous Financial Advisory Senior Manager

Take on a pivotal role as a Senior Manager with MNP's Indigenous External Financial Advisory Services team. Your expertise will help Indigenous communities navigate complex financial landscapes across Canada.

This position requires a degree in Business Administration or Accounting and at least 7 years of experience. You will evaluate client accounting practices and implement strategic growth plans tailored to Indigenous organizations. Your advisory skills in complex financial matters will serve as a significant resource.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead tailored capacity-building initiatives for clients

• Evaluate and improve client accounting practices

• Advise leadership on best practices

• Deliver training in payroll and audit prep

• Review financial policies and process maps

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Business or Accounting

• CPA, CAFM, or equivalent required

• 7+ years of relevant experience

• Strong finance and accounting knowledge

• Experience with Indigenous communities a plus
