Site Supervisor

Position: Rising Edge Group Site Supervisor Role
Join Rising Edge Group as a Site Supervisor, where you'll manage on-site construction operations for impactful electrical projects. Your leadership will ensure quality and safety at every step.

As a Site Supervisor, you will report directly to the Construction Manager, managing daily construction activities. This role focuses on compliance with project specs and schedules, while also fostering an accountable and productive team environment. You will be the key point of contact, ensuring optimal coordination among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate on-site construction to meet quality standards

• Supervise and mentor site crews for enhanced capability

• Ensure crew timesheets are accurately completed

• Serve as primary liaison among all project participants

• Uphold safety policies and document safety incidents

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Construction Management preferred

• 5-7 years in construction field is mandatory

• Familiarity with Canadian Electrical Code and safety regulations

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Open to traveling, including remote site assignments
