As a Customer Support Specialist with Nors in Terrace, BC, you'll engage directly with customers and address their service needs effectively. This role highlights your ability to provide solutions that matter.
In this full-time position, your focus will be on customer satisfaction and technical assistance within the Parts Team. Effective complaint resolution, effective communication with customers, and mentorship of budding technicians are all part of your responsibilities. You'll also ensure compliance with safety regulations and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve customer issues through tailored solutions
• Maintain relationships with customers for equipment support
• Track customer satisfaction and report useful information
• Support apprentice technicians through training and mentorship
• Organize your work effectively to meet demands
Requirements:
• Must have a Sales or Marketing diploma or degree
• Solid technical background and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft software essential
• Knowledge of OH & S safety rules
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
