Coast Mountain College (CMTN) invites applications for an auxiliary Food Safe Level 1 instructor position. This role requires delivering engaging instruction, assessing student work, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll engage with diverse learners and help them meet course standards in an inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare course lessons and materials

• Deliver clear and engaging Food Safe instruction

• Evaluate student assessments and monitor progress

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades

• Provide guidance to help students succeed in course requirements

Requirements:

• Current FOODSAFE instructor certification in British Columbia

• Provincial Instructor Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred

• Relevant food industry experience

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Valid BC Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
