The Superior North Catholic District School Board is actively seeking an experienced Principal. Candidates should be knowledgeable in Google Apps for Education and able to foster a collaborative culture. A minimum of five years of teaching experience is required, as well as completion or progress towards the Principal's Qualification Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a collaborative professional culture in the school

• Implement best practices in instructional strategies and student assessment

• Facilitate a supportive environment for Indigenous students and families

• Drive strategic decision-making and problem-solving initiatives

• Oversee the development of Catholic learning communities

Requirements:

• Ontario College of Teachers Certificate (OCT)

• Five years of teaching experience in primary/junior/intermediate

• Completion of or pursuing Principal's Qualification Program

• Willingness to obtain Religious Education Specialist designation

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
