Responsibilities- Champion Health & Safety initiatives and act as an ambassador for our Zero Harm safety culture.
- Promote Inclusion & Diversity so all colleagues feel comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work.
- Lead project‑focused teams in delivering contaminated sites projects, managing client projects including scoping, budget control, planning, schedule development, and resource coordination.
- Leverage excellent interpersonal skills to empower colleagues and maintain/develop client relationships.
- Prepare quality deliverables and oversee data collection, compilation, interpretation, and reporting for phased environmental site assessments, remediation, and site monitoring.
- Mentor and coach intermediate and junior colleagues on career growth and technical professional development.
- Prepare proposals, including development of work plans, schedules, and cost estimates for senior review.
- Positive and enthusiastic can‑do attitude with willingness to learn and share knowledge.
- Self‑motivated, flexible, nimble, with the ability to think outside the box.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geoscience, or related discipline.
- Professional designation registered in BC such as PEng, PGeo, PAg, PChem, or RPBio, or ability to obtain shortly.
- Minimum ten years of experience in environmental consulting, with prior experience in contaminated sites and/or mine closure.
- Extensive field and site experience with strong health and safety focus.
- Proficient project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Good understanding and application of contaminated sites investigation methods and environmental legislation in BC.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Clean driver’s abstract and willingness to travel on occasion.

Salary range (British Columbia): $102,100 to $187,200
The final salary may vary from the above range based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
