WSP is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer within the Energy sub-sector.

Your role involves leading engineering efforts for power generation, developing design principles, and ensuring successful project execution. You will engage with clients, coordinate multidisciplinary tasks, and mentor junior engineers for a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee electrical engineering for complex power projects

• Clarify client requirements and define project parameters

• Manage cost, scheduling, and procurement processes

• Prepare technical reports and conceptual design documents

• Stamp and approve drawings, ensuring code compliance
Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering degree with active P.Eng registration

• At least 10 years of relevant EPCM experience

• Experience as a Lead Engineer in power projects

• Technical expertise in electrical design and operations

• Commitment to mentoring and team development
