Position: Northern Health Respiratory Therapist Role

In this role, you will ensure high standards of practice as part of the Respiratory Services department at Northern Health. Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out determined client assessments and therapeutic interventions

• Engage in team-based patient care activities

• Foster client advocacy and culturally sensitive practices

• Enhance personal competence via training opportunities

• Contribute to quality improvement and research projects

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program

• Current CSRT certification and BCSRT eligibility

• BC Driver’s License required for practice

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Capacity for effective teamwork and leadership
