We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for our MHSU Outreach/Substance Use Stabilization Service department. In this role, you will integrate your expertise within a client-focused recovery model, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance health outcomes. You will perform assessments, develop intervention plans, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while maintaining comprehensive client records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of clients’ occupational performance

• Develop and implement outcome-oriented service plans

• Evaluate service effectiveness and maintain client records

• Provide leadership and guidance to rehabilitation staff

• Participate in interdisciplinary research and quality initiatives

Requirements:

• Registered Occupational Therapist in British Columbia

• Experience with mental health and addiction patients

• Strong assessment and intervention skills

• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team

• Commitment to professional standards and ethics
