As a licensed RRT, you will assess patients, administer therapies, and operate essential life-support equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to emergency situations and maintaining thorough patient documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients with respiratory or cardiopulmonary issues
• Administer oxygen therapy and aerosol medications
• Operate and monitor ventilators and life-support equipment
• Perform diagnostic tests like pulmonary function tests
• Provide assistance during emergencies, including CPR
Requirements:
• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory
• Solid understanding of respiratory care equipment
