As part of the IT Client Services team, you will support end-point devices, classroom technologies, and identity services. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line technical support for faculty and staff issues

• Assist in setting up and troubleshooting end-point devices

• Support identity services and enterprise application access

• Help configure classroom technologies like projectors and displays

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Computer Information Systems or related program

• Foundational knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365

• Basic understanding of networking and device troubleshooting

• Strong communication skills for non-technical users
