• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for Guidewire Policy Center initiatives
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, interviews, and walkthroughs with business and technology stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, data mapping documents, and acceptance criteria/use cases
• Support Policy Center enhancements, integrations, cloud migration readiness, remediation activities, and production support initiatives
• Analyze current-state and future-state processes, identify gaps, assess impacts, and recommend practical solutions aligned with business objectives
• Work closely with product owners, development teams, QA, architecture, and business SMEs to ensure requirements are understood and delivered as intended
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning activities
• Assist QA teams with test scenario review, test case validation, UAT coordination, defect triage, and business sign-off activities
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and requirement changes, ensuring timely escalation and clear communication with stakeholders
• Prepare clear documentation, status updates, presentations, and leadership-ready summaries as required

• 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Guidewire-related work for at least 5 years
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center implementations, enhancements, integrations, or production support
• Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance processes, including policy lifecycle, underwriting, rating, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and related downstream impacts
