In this Senior Superintendent role, you will oversee the HSET department at the mine site, collaborating closely with the Project Manager. Your key responsibilities include the continuous improvement of safety systems, managing risks, and leading incident investigations. You will also drive accountability for HSET outcomes among the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive HSET system implementation and performance

• Advise on safety leadership and decision-making

• Oversee risk management and assurance processes

• Lead incident management and corrective action activities

• Promote a culture of care and accountability in HSET practices

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of advancing HSET experience

• Background in underground mining hazards and processes

• Familiarity with the British Columbia Mines Act

• Skills in coaching and developing teams

• Possess a valid Driver’s License for site access
