Position: Registered Nurse for Long-Term Care
Join Terrace view Lodge as a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in long-term care. You'll be instrumental in providing compassionate patient care and adapting to varied clinical needs in a collaborative environment.

This is a full-time entry-level position located in Terrace, British Columbia. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents in alignment with BCCNM standards.

You'll work with in a resident-centered care model, ensuring that families understand and respond to health care changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs

• Develop and implement personalized care plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team

• Provide patient and family education on health care options

• Evaluate and adjust care strategies as required

Requirements:

• Active RN registration with BCCNM

• Experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred

• Commitment to continuous professional development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt to shift rotations
